I have to questions:

  • Did you request a free ULC developer license from canoo?
  • Did you install ULC client 08, update 2 manually? Normally you don't need to install any ulc part except copying the ULC developer license to your user home directory.

Yes , I requested an ULC developer license.

And i simply double click the ulc-2008-u2-installer-windows.exe file for installation.

I reinstall the ULC after reading the questions, and it picked up the installed license, I guess the installation is ok.

Or is there anyway i can check my system installation?

I recommend you to update your project selecting Update Project ... from the menu Version Control. Before doing this you should have a look if the repository is fine (blue bullet in hudson).

If this doesn't help you should try to execute CDFGaussKernelEstimateChartViewModelTests only. There is a recipe on executing single test classes in IDEA.

Hope this helps.
