Posted by Anonymous at December 13. 2011
Dear webmaster, i installed the riskanalytics software on a windows7 laptop and i try to lauch the application by choosing it in the programms menu. but it doesn't work and a pop up Java Virtual Machine appears with the text:a cross icon followed by 'could not create the java virtual machine'. Is there something else that i should do before installing the software? Thank for your support

It might be that ther is not enough memory available. Is it possible to run the try-it-online version? (Click on the corresponding button on the start page). Furthermore the log file from your user.home/.pillarone/RiskAnalytics-1.3.3/logs would be helpful to provide further assistance.

Regards,
Stefan

Depending on the JVM 32/64bit you need 1 or 2 GB of RAM.
