Hi Martin,

I suggest that you tried to install PillarOne.RiskAnalytics 0.3.1 on Windows. Did you use the Windows Installer (exe) or the plattform unaware installer (jar)? The plattform unaware installer doesn't place any shortcuts anywhere.

In order to start PillarOne.RiskAnalytics without shortcuts, you can double click on RiskAnalytics.cmd in the installation directory, which is typically place in C:\Program Files\RiskAnalytics

Regards,

Stefan

Hi Martin,

I apologize for the delayed answer. As I was on a business trip I missed your forum entry.

Looking at your screenshot in the attached word document, it seems to me that you extracted the jar file and you didn´t execute it. Please download this version and execute the RiskAnalytics-0.3.1-install.exe.

Regards,
Stefan

Hey Stefan,

I downloaded the PillarOne.RiskAnalytics from your link but after installing I still do not have exe file which would start PillarOne.RiskAnalytics application. I have the same folders/files as you could see previously in my attached document.

Have you any idea where the problem could be ?

Sorry that I interrupt you with it

Regards

Martin

Hi Martin

sorry for the delay.

Please download the most recent version. After installing it you should have new items in your start menu or/and on your desktop. They are linked to cmd files. Instead of using this shortcuts you may also double click on one of this cmd files.

Regards,

Stefan
