p1rat deleted - PillarOne.RiskAnalytics doesn't work anymore

Accidentally i deleted the p1rat-db (with workbench 5.2). Naturally riskanalytics did not run anymore.
My problem is: Unistinstalling und reinstalling PillarOne.RiskAnalytics had no effect, im still not able to launch the program.
Can anyone help me?
By the way: what is the meaning of MySQL-Embedded?
MySQL embedded means that the installer includes an embedded mysql database. Allowing to use a mysql database without any further installation and configuration steps. The database is started whenever the application is started and stopped after stopping the application.
If required it is possible to connect to an independent mysql instance. A detailed setup guide is available in the how-to MySQL DB set up .
