RiskAnalytics does not work on windows xp

Hello, I try to launch PillarOne.RiskAnalytics 1.1.2 after installation but it does not work. I have the error message : Could not create the java virtual machine The latest jdk and jre are installed on my computer (1.6.0_22), even the JAVA_HOME is correctly set with C:\Program Files\Java\jre6 Did I do something wrong? Thank you Niklas

could you provide me additional information:

  • amount of physical and virtual memory
  • log file available in your user home\.pillarone\RiskAnalytics-%version%\logs

btw: RiskAnalytics 1.1.2 is not the most recent version.

Hi,

 

I have similar problems with Windows 7. Installer does not want to start. I have tried like 10 times with different versions.
