Manual Plugin Download During Software Installation
Depending on firewall settings plugins can't be downloaded by the installer itself.
In step 7 of the installers (Reserving 0.3.2, Risk Analytics 0.1) the installer tries to download the ulc plugin. For security reasons some corporate firewalls prevent 'unknown' applications to connect to the web.
These new installer versions give the user feedback if it was possible to download the plugin automatically or if he has to do it manually.
